Who we are…
The Latino Business Student Association, also known as LBSA, is a non-profit organization that strives for success. The purpose of this organization was founded with the central goal of advancing the educational and professional careers of its members. This goal is to be achieved through networking opportunities, leadership promotion, and development of skills to enhance each individual. LBSA also strives to nourish community engagement, primarily through outreach and service events. In conjunction with our central goal, it is the organization's belief that members will leave with a greater confidence, established network, and a heightened sense of community.
LBSA is open to ALL majors and identities at Cal State Fullerton.
We have so many opportunities waiting for you, come and join our familia!
Our members become leaders in the workforce and help move companies forward. We have alumni worldwide and at a wide variety of employers. Our alumni hold positions at workplaces like KPMG, Grant Thornton, PepsiCo, UPS, Kaiser Permanente, and many more. Other alumni have gone on to start up their ventures, and others have served in roles at nonprofit organizations.

Professional Development
LBSA is all about helping our members grow and prepare for their careers. We focus on creating opportunities for students to connect with professionals, learn from workshops, and gain insights through speaker events and networking mixers.

Leadership
LBSA focuses on cultivating strong leaders by providing opportunities for members to develop essential skills such as public speaking, conflict resolution, and effective communication. Through mentorship programs, experienced members and alumni guide others in their personal and professional growth, while members are encouraged to take initiative by leading committees, events, and organizational initiatives.
