1970s
Sam Mendoza founded LBSA on the Cal State Fullerton campus with the original name of Personnel Management Association De Aztlan.

2000
Re-established by Alex Lopez with only 17 members and with focus on professional exposure, community involvement, and social interaction.
1997
Club discontinued due to Mendoza's passing by pancreatic cancer and his powerful influence.
PRESENT
LBSA is thriving, with over 240 general members and alumni who have achieved various accomplishments.
